Alex uses his forecasting and go-to-market expertise to help clients plan for launches of new drugs and indications.



Role



Alex supports global pharmaceutical clients across a variety of organizational and capabilities areas. He works closely with a global top 10 company, leading ZS’s engagement with their rare disease business unit as well as working across other areas of the business. Alex also supports other global organizations in building commercial and analytics capabilities.

Expertise



Alex’s work spans multiple areas including organizational strategy and design and customer strategy and engagement. Through his previous work leading ZS’s global forecasting practice, Alex partnered with clients to help launch new drugs and indications. He has also helped both pharmaceutical and medical device companies build their capabilities in analytics, omnichannel customer engagement, sales force effectiveness, forecasting and other areas. 

 

Alex has led ZS’s offices in both Toronto and Singapore, working extensively across top 10 and top 50 pharma companies on local, regional and global programs.

Prior experience



Before joining ZS in 2004, Alex worked in Boston at Analog Devices, a semiconductor company, designing mixed-signal integrated circuits. 

Education



Alex holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western Ontario, and a bachelor’s in electrical engineering from McGill University.
