Dan Frey is the Office Managing Principal of ZS Associates' office in Shanghai, China. Dan oversees a large team of 30 professionals who focus on assessing opportunities in China, designing robust commercial organizations that can keep pace with and drive growth, and optimizing portfolios in a variety of ways, including pricing and market access strategies. He speaks regularly at conferences regarding China's complex healthcare market and helps attendees understand the nuances that impact their company's success. Dan has helped shape the commercial organizations of dozens of clients, and more recently, worked with innovation groups. He has driven significant changes to marketing investments and messaging tactics as well.
Dan holds a B.A. from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University, and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
