Heather Wiederholt is the Office Managing Principal of ZS Associates' office in Zurich, Switzerland. Her primary expertise lies in helping organizations maximize their sales and marketing capabilities, and her work spans sales force design and effectiveness, account management, incentive compensation, marketing strategy, go-to-market strategy and market research. While Heather has many years of consulting experience in the healthcare industry, her experience covers other industries as well and includes recent engagements with the selling functions of industrial manufacturing and paper companies.
Heather holds a B.A. in sociology from Amherst College and an M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
