Marshall Solem is a Managing Principal on ZS Associates' executive team and is the firm-wide leader of ZS's Sales Solutions area. Marshall has worked with over 75 sales organizations ranging in size from 9 to 2,500 sales representatives. His areas of expertise include go-to-market strategy, sales organization design, territory alignment, incentive compensation and sales force effectiveness. He has worked across a diverse array of industries, including medical devices, pharmaceuticals and biotech, building products, consumer products, financial services and utilities. Marshall holds a B.B.A. in management and finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
