Sébastien Heilmann is the Market Lead of ZS Associates' practice in Paris, France. Sébastien manages ZS engagements in France as well as European projects for global ZS clients, working primarily in the pharmaceuticals and biotech industries. He has extensive expertise in product launch strategy and customer segmentation, and is currently leading pan-European transformation projects involving new organizational design and new selling models. His experience prior to joining ZS includes strategy consulting for hospitals and regional health authorities, brand management, and general practice medicine. Sébastien holds a masters degree from IAE Paris.
