Associate Interview Process

Get your resume in!

Candidates must submit a cover letter, resume and a copy of transcripts to be considered for a position.  Please find a position that you are interested in applying to and complete our online application.

If you are a student at one of the schools/universities where we conduct campus recruiting, please find your school and apply directly to the open positions on your school's ZS web page.  We need to have your application in our ZS system.  Please also use whatever system your campus placement office uses to get your resume into consideration.

Make sure we have the details!

Make sure your resume has correct address, telephone, and email information. When you apply using our online application, you will be asked to complete a survey that covers details such as GPA, honors, test scores and office preference. Be certain to complete the survey, as we cannot consider your application until we have the information.

Show your interest!

If you are coming to ZS from campus, attend on-campus events such as career fairs and presentations so we get to know you and you get to know ZS.

Be prepared for the interviews!

First round interviews at ZS are usually two back-to-back interviews, a behavioral/fit interview and a case-based interview.

Final round interviews are usually a series of sessions held at the closest ZS office, but final round interviews may occur near your campus. The interviews include a meeting with a principal, several case interviews and behavioral discussions as well. You will have the opportunity to meet a number of associates and ask lots of questions. Candidates who receive offers are invited to ZS offices for a visit.
