Campus Recruiting: Use whatever system your campus placement office uses to get your resume into consideration. Candidates must also submit a cover letter, resume and a copy of transcripts via our online application.

Make sure we have the details!
Make sure your resume has correct address, telephone and email information. When you apply using our online application, you will be asked to complete a survey that covers details such as GPA, honors, test scores and office preference. Be certain to complete the survey, as we cannot consider your application until we have the information.
Show your interest!
If you are coming to ZS from campus, attend on-campus events such as career fairs and presentations so we get to know you and you get to know ZS.
Be prepared for the interviews!
First round interviews at ZS are two back-to-back interviews. One is a behavioral interview, the other is a case-based interview.
Final round interviews are a series of sessions held near your campus. The interviews include meetings with a principal, two cases (one includes a presentation element) and a behavioral interview. Candidates who receive offers are invited to ZS offices for a visit.
