Life After ZS
ZS Associates values each person who accepts a position with us, and each enters into a lifelong affiliation with our firm; some pursue their entire career at ZS, others move on to other opportunities but remain members of the ZS extended family. We seek to hire individuals with career intentions, so our turnover is slightly lower than consulting industry averages. People who leave ZS do so to:
- Continue their formal education. We hire a large number of individuals with B.A./B.S. or M.A./M.S. degrees, who often return to school.
- Explore a different opportunity. Some individuals move into industry, become entrepreneurs or simply want a change from the consulting project environment. Of these, more people go to work for our clients than for other organizations, so they continue to be part of our ZS network of friends.
We sponsor an alumni website so that ZS alumni can preserve contact with the ZS community and stay abreast of current news about the firm.
