"Over one year, most of my time was dedicated to working closely with one client as they prepared for a major product launch. My work with them spanned a number of practice areas including forecasting, sales force design and market research. As a specialty pharma company, they have little presence in the primary care market so they were actively seeking a strategic partner to help promote to primary care physicians. I worked with their business development team to identify the key criteria on which they should evaluate potential partners, developing an evaluation tool to aid in ranking companies. I also worked with the core team to develop their 'pitch' presentation for prospective partners. This strategic decision has had a substantial impact on the company as the ensuing partnership will drive the majority of their business over the next five years."
