Activities at Bocconi: 'Pétanque' team coach; golf club member

Memories of Bocconi: I have particularly appreciated the approach to teamwork used by Bocconi, which allows one to make the most of the huge diversity of origin and background you can find in a class. Every term, you find yourself in a new group, and have to quickly learn how to function within it.

ZS Career Path

Consultant, 2006

On the work

"I recently worked with members of all the European ZS offices on a multi-country project for a large pharmaceutical company, which was looking for the best field force structure and deployment to optimize their return on investment in the main EU markets. We managed to propose a single solution to the client that took into account the particularities of each country's health care system, drawing on the country-specific knowledge brought by each team member."

On ZS values

Do the Right Thing: "In all the work we do with our clients, we put integrity first. On several occasions, we have made recommendations that were not what the clients were expecting, but what we knew was going to add the most value to their organisation. This is certainly not the easiest thing to do, but it is definitely the right attitude to have towards clients and one of the reasons why they appreciate our work."

On life outside work

"I love classical music and golf, and share my spare time between playing the French Horn in different orchestras in Paris and digging holes on the golf course….. trying to improve my swing!"

On the Paris office

"The Paris office is located near the Champs Elysees, which allows you to walk down the most beautiful avenue of the world every day, going to work! The area is also full of little cafes and restaurants, which can be a very nice way to spend your lunch break."
