On the work

“On my last project, I worked with a mid-size capital equipment manufacturer on a sales force strategy project. This strategy included creating a market potentialization framework, assessing the current hospital selling process, developing an optimal sales force size, and recommending new sales force structure options. I conducted research interviews, developed evaluation frameworks, created presentation materials, and managed many day-to-day activities of the project. The client is currently evaluating these recommendations with the intention to further work with ZS on a geographic re-alignment/targeting of the sales force.”

On ZS values

“There are many examples of ZS’s 3R philosophy everyday. For example, I was working with a biotech client on a project where we had recommended that we interview patients to assess the current medication problems. After the first day of research, we were not finding what we were hoping to through no fault of our own. As a result, we considered the possibility of refunding the client the money. As it turns out, our second day of research was so successful that we were able to deliver the value we hoped for but the mere fact that ZS would consider a project refund for something that wasn’t in our control impressed me "

On life outside ZS

“ I love playing volleyball, golfing, skiing, watching films, seeing new music, cooking out all year round, and hanging out at the beach. What makes Southern California so unique is this is all possible. My goal to do something different every weekend and LA’s diversity makes that possible.”

“Los Angeles has the best location of all ZS - our top-floor office looks over both the Hollywood sign and the Pacific Ocean. The Los Angeles office has seen a lot of growth over the past few years to become one of the fastest growing offices in the company. The people in LA provide a wealth of experience and are constantly looking for new ways to expand the ZS offering.”
