Memories of Western Ontario: The free Globe and Mails in the lobby and the subsequent littering that occurred throughout the day—newspapers on the benches, newspapers by the library printer, newspapers in the bathroom… It's not until you leave Ivey when you realize that newspapers actually cost money!

On the work

"I had the opportunity to work for a Canadian logistics company on my first project. The client had previously used a paper-based system to design territories and found it difficult to incorporate several pieces of data in order to make decisions. MAPS® and our alignment concepts enabled the client to structure their territory design process. eMAPS™ helped to address many communication problems that the client's sales analytics team had with its sales management.

"I was involved in setting up the systems and developing documentation for the software. I also traveled to Toronto, Vancouver, and Montreal to facilitate training and I still provide ongoing technical support."

On ZS values

Get It Right: "It's always exciting being able to meet and exceed clients' business needs. We work very hard at delivering solutions to clients, but we also look beyond the current symptoms to see what could be improved in the entire sales process. This ability to link sales issues quickly establishes us as experts in the eyes of clients—even at the associate level!"

On the Toronto office

"The Toronto office is very close-knit and has a relaxed atmosphere. It's great being able to work with such a dynamic group of talented individuals. You never feel lost in such a supportive office."
