On the work

"My favourite project so far has been a market assessment with go-to-market strategy recommendation for a U.S. biotech company. This assignment was significantly different from other projects, because I had the opportunity to lead the German part of a 5-country engagement on an international team headed from Paris. The project manager provided the individual team members with a lot of responsibility, giving them individual budgets and enabling them to manage their country without tight directions. That freedom resulted in an awesome output for the client, who was extremely happy, and gave each team member the feeling of being a very valuable part of the project, boosting motivation, self-confidence and a positive work-spirit. The team worked very well together, and our pan-European project consolidation meeting in Paris included a superb team dinner."

On life outside work

"Sports, sports, sports! Other than that, I enjoy meeting my friends and do lots of traveling whenever I have the chance to do so."

On the Frankfurt office

"Frankfurt is an interesting metropolitan area which has a lot to offer. Frankfurt can keep up with other metropolitan cities from an international perspective, and its night-life, fine dining and cultural offerings, such as theatres and opera, make it an attractive workplace."
