Activities at Bocconi: Attended many optional courses taught by famous visiting experts (from Alessandro Baricco for fiction to Beppe Severgnini for journalism).
Memories of Bocconi: "I made wonderful friends during my life at Bocconi: afternoons in the library, cinema cycles in the auditorium, and some very good night events organized with my whole class. Another unforgettable memory is the term I spent in Scotland at the University of Glasgow with Bocconi's Erasmus exchange program."

ZS Career Path
Business Analyst, 2006
On the work
"The pharmaceutical industry is extremely interesting: it is complex, dynamic and greatly influences peoples' lives; the ZS experience gives the opportunity to understand deeply how it works without losing a generalist's vision. Up to now my favourite project has concerned the definition of the best strategy for a pharmaceutical company facing the loss of patent for several drugs. My team evaluated the potential loss for the company and thought about solutions; we defined and implemented an appropriate tactic, changing the sales force design in order to make it effective."
On ZS values
Treat People Right: "Respect for others and mutual help are core values in ZS: authority is based on experience and competencies, but new employees can constantly find the help and support of more experienced ones. Sometimes, in the most difficult part of a project, informal roundtables arise with colleagues working on other projects in order to find the best solution to a challenging problem."
On life outside work
"I've a true passion for cinema and I like to spend nights out with my friends and my girlfriend. I recently started playing tennis again and I'm planning to start studying to improve my French. Work-life balance at ZS allows me to strive for a successful career without renouncing to my personal interests."
On the Milan office
"The small size of the Milan office positively contributes to a wonderful atmosphere: everybody knows everybody and formal and informal activities develop trust and friendship among colleagues. I didn't win the office go-cart race that we had one month, but I'm sure in the next one I'll be the fastest one!"
