On the work
"I worked on a project concerning a merger between two companies. Initially, we created a sales force for the new company, selecting the ideal size and allocation of work for the the new sales force. Then we built an incentive compensation plan for the new sales force! This project team was international, so I had a lot of autonomy in doing the analysis and trying to build a new solution which was good for sales people coming from both entities! The project went very well, as now we are continuing to work with the newly-created company doing another project to identify the right physicians to target to sell their products!"
On life outside work
"My major interests are towards every kind of sports: I love skiing, playing football, squash, basketball and many other sports. I also love travelling when I have time to do it!"
On the Milan office
"Milan is a very good city to live in; I come from a smaller town, but here you can find many things to do. I have a lot of friends living in Milan, so I have many chances to go out at night! Within the office the relationships are very good and we sometimes meet up after work for social events."
