Memories of Princeton: Senior year, I promised to dye my hair orange and black tiger stripes if I succeeded in finding a job. There's something fantastic about going to an elegant restaurant with your parents when your hair is striped orange and black.

On the work
"I worked on designing an incentive compensation plan for the US sales team of an international pharmaceutical company. My role involved evaluating the success and fairness of the previous year's plan along with designing and simulating enhancements for the new year. I had a great opportunity to shape both the analysis and the client presentations. We incorporated added input from the field this year to achieve better buy-in, and the plan successfully incorporated many of our learnings from the previous year."
On ZS values
Treat People Right: "On one project, I was using a tool that ZS developed for optimizing the size and structure of a sales force. This was my first time using the tool and I needed to use it in a somewhat unorthodox way. I sought out the help of two office experts who, despite being extremely busy on other projects, gladly took the time to answer my questions and also to suggest other approaches to my problems."
On life outside work
"I spend a lot of time with friends in the Boston area, trying new bars and exploring different neighborhoods. Other intersts include reading (particulary anything related to public policy - I'm a political junkee), the occasional gym trip and watching football and hockey."
On the Boston office
"Boston is a great place to live. There are a ton of interesting areas with great restaurants, pubs and cultural opportunities. When the weather is nice during the week, I often choose to walk to and from work - it's about an hour away on foot - instead of taking mass transit."
