On the work
"Since starting with ZS, I have been working on a market research project where we track the sales force effectiveness for an allergy product on a quarterly basis. My role has evolved over the year and my responsibilities for handling both internal (training new associates) and external relationships has increased. It's also very gratifying being able to work on all steps of the project from start to finish. I was honored when my team let me present to the client just 4 months after starting with ZS. "
On ZS values
"My best example of demonstrating ZS values was during a time crunch on a project where the team decided it would be best to come in on a Sunday and work. This sacrifice of losing a day over the weekend meant that we were working to get the client their promised deliverable (do the right thing) by taking more time to ensure that everything was accurate and complete (get it right), and the entire team was willing to come in together so that no one felt disadvantaged (treat people right). "
On life outside work
"In my opinion, NJ has some of the best malls... my favorite being The Mall at Short Hills which is only about an hour north of the office. In terms of night life, I go out in Philadelphia and New York City almost every weekend."
On the Princeton office
"I love that I am an hour from Philadelphia and an hour from NYC... thus, you get the best of both cities. I also like that the office in Princeton is one of the larger ZS offices which means more knowledge to go around, increased interactions with principals, and a more social work environment. "
