On the work

"My favorite project has been a sales force effectiveness project for a German pharmaceutical company—the client had remodeled the sales force and wanted us to evaluate where they currently stood compared to industry benchmarks. There were multiple issues starting with the effectiveness of the sales reps in the field to the quality of the company's current incentive compensation system, and we used both qualitative and quantitative measures. For the non-data input we interviewed more than 60 employees from Hamburg to Munich and asked them about a range of issues to get a company overview. The insights from the interviews were put together with the analytical data analysis and presented to the board of directors."

On ZS values

Treat People Right: "ZS has a really collaborative environment. When you join ZS, you are assigned a mentor who helps you settle in and gives you practical advice. This really eases your transition into the firm."

On life outside work

"I am a keen wild boar hunter, I go out whenever there is a full moon and a free weekend. My other great interest is German Riesling wines. My family has a winery that I am involved with outside work."

On the Frankfurt office

"Ask anyone in any office what makes ZS and they will tell you—the people. The Frankfurt office is no exception. It is a small office with only 20 people so everyone knows each other well. We have team building events every year and recently our office had a Day Out to Landau for some bicycling, games, food, drink and fun!"
