On the work
"More recently, I am working on project for a smaller pharmaceutical company where we set goals for the sales reps which are used in determining their incentive compensation (bonuses & commissions). I am involved with all aspects of the project including the developing and using analytical goal setting models, working with the client's district managers to refine the goals based on local territory conditions and presenting and communicating to the client."
On ZS Values
Treat People Right: "Not only did ZS meet every expectation I had during recruiting, it exceeded most of them. Collaboration, teamwork and 'treating people right' are not concepts or buzzwords at ZS; they are the foundation of our culture. I cannot remember all the times during my internship when a much more experienced (and busier) associate took the time to help me solve a problem, answer a question or teach me something new."
On life outside work
"Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, going to the beach and exploring New York."
On the Princeton office
"As one of the largest offices, the Princeton office is a great way to get exposure to nearly all of ZS' practice areas in the pharmaceutical industry. At the same time, it's also a great place to live with the quiet and calm of a small town yet with any sort of dining, shopping, or recreational activity you can imagine within a stone's throw. Great beaches, Philadelphia and, of course, New York are each only an hour away."
