On the work
"My project was a message tracking survey for a large pharmaceutical company. We designed a survey that targeted high-value Primary Care Physicians regionally, and asked questions on two key urological products. The questions were around message recall and product positioning, and then we also used secondary prescription data to synthesize survey results with actual prescribing behavior. Once we designed the survey, I helped with the fielding management process and monitoring response rates of physicians. Finally, in the analysis phase of our survey, we built tools to integrate and analyze results, to ultimately determine regional insights for the client."
On the internship
"Don't be afraid to reach out to others at ZS who are experts in your project topic. Everyone at ZS is extremely willing to help, no matter what position, and knowledge-sharing is truly part of the culture. Also, be sure to talk to as many people as you can, and learn about the other practice areas, outside your project topic. ZS does a variety of projects, and you can get a lot out of your summer by learning about ZS's many practice areas."
