"I worked with a pharmaceutical company on a project to assess how their IC plan was comparing to industry standards along dimensions of motivation, effectiveness, fairness and budget risk. My role was to take entire responsibility for defining scope and planning and execution of the project. The outcome was a successful deliverable to the client with our findings and some recommendations for improvement."
On the internship
"I am not sure if I would use the term unique without comparing my experience to that of my peers in other companies. What made my experience interesting was that I was given a lot of responsibility and was expected to come up to speed quickly to deliver results. My manager and principal placed a lot of trust in me. Another aspect that made my experience interesting was that I worked on a single project and saw the project from its start to its end."
