“The importance given to quality, be it a product or the people. Even the tutorial given to us during orientation was reviewed and mentored in a very competent manner. Last but not the least, the people are fun to be with and there seems to be no red-tapism around.”

“Pune is blessed with lovely weather and very green surroundings. It is situated in the heart of the Western Ghats, thereby it has some lovely places to go for treks, rafting etc. and also good places to eat and generally hang out.”
On commuting to work
“I live in Aundh, Pune and it takes about 45 minutes to come down to Magarpatta City. I commute by the pick and drop facility provided by the office.”

“I generally walk up to a person’s cubicle whenever I need any help from him/her and it is a thing to remark upon that help is instantly provided.”
On advice for candidates searching for a development position
“People here credit you a lot more for an ability to think logically and improve one’s own work than knowledge of a particular programming language.”
