On the work
"I have good memories of the projects when we have closely partnered with the client. One of my favourites is a project where we assessed different Incentive Compensation methodologies for a company that had recently acquired a smaller organisation, and organise a workshop with the Sales Managers to help them decide on the best system for the newly-merged company. Time as usual was very short... We worked days and nights in close contact with a group of client people, finding also the time to have some fun together. It was one of those times when the ZS language and concepts were 'absorbed' by the client organisation and it became part of their everyday operations... in these cases you know you have made a difference!"

"Milan is Italy's business city. I like the intensity and the energy of the environment. With a one and a half hours' drive you can reach beautiful places: The Riviera beaches, the Alps, historically interesting towns... and of course, I like shopping!"
