The authors of The Complete Guide to Accelerating Sales Force Performance are authorities
without peer in the area of sales force management. Dr. Zoltners and Dr. Sinha began their
work together over 25 years ago as academic researchers. Their discoveries quickly found
successful application in business and in 1983 they founded ZS Associates, a management
consulting firm. Today, ZS Associates is a global leader in sales and marketing consulting,
with more than 850 people consulting to hundreds of companies in more than sixty countries.
In addition to their work as Co-Chairmen of ZS Associates, Dr.
Zoltners and Dr. Sinha continue to teach sales force theory and
practice. Dr. Zoltners is a Professor of Marketing at Northwestern
University's Kellogg School of Management. He and Dr. Sinha also
teach sales force management to more than 1000 sales executives
each year.
