Javelin™ Affiliation Manager helps sales representatives establish a well-orchestrated account strategy. They can use Affiliation Manager to:
- affiliate customers to one or more accounts
- plan and coordinate promotional events
- implement corporate strategic initiatives at the account level
Correctly Track Customer and Account Affiliations
Affiliation Manager enables your sales representatives to create linkages between people (customers) and places—customers and accounts. Creating affiliations helps associate the right representatives with each customer and helps avoid duplicated work or account ownership conflicts.
In addition, you can use this affiliation information to produce better call plans by incorporating it directly into Javelin™ Call Plan Designer or other call planning software.
Manage, Schedule, and Invite Specific Accounts to Events
Use Affiliation Manager to capture event logistics for easy reference:
- document all events in one central location to avoid scheduling mishaps
- identify the customers and accounts that should be invited to particular events
- track RSVPs, attendance, and no-shows
- coordinate promotion with other teams
- allocate promotional budget across these events

At a glance, representatives can see their full schedule of events, know who is coming, and see how much of their budget still remains. Managers can see the progress of individual events as well as summary reports that illustrate how the corporate strategies are applied to different kinds of activities.
