ZS Associates Alumni Network Usage Agreement

This Usage Agreement sets forth the terms, conditions and policies relating to the usage of the Alumni Network website for ZS Associates (the “Alumni Network”).

By accessing the Alumni Network, you agree to the following terms and conditions that govern the Alumni Network: 

  1. This Alumni Network and the material within it (including, but not limited to, names, addresses, telephone number and other information) may not be modified, copied, distributed, republished, downloaded or uploaded in any manner, or used for political, soliciting or fundraising purposes, without the prior written consent of ZS Associates; except that you are permitted to download a copy of any of the materials on the Alumni Network on a single computer for personal non-commercial use, provided no copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices are removed. No intellectual property or other rights in or to this Alumni Network or its contents are transferred to you. 
  2. Use of the Alumni Network does not create any business, contractual or employment relationship between you and ZS Associates. 
  3. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, in no event shall ZS Associates be liable for any damages of any kind or character, including without limitation any compensatory, incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of use, loss of data, loss caused by virus, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property, claims of third parties, or other losses of any kind or character. 
  4. The Alumni Network is limited to use by current employees of ZS Associates and members of the Alumni Network, and is intended to foster a community of continued communication among such individuals. Access to, or use of, this Alumni Network by anyone other than current employees of ZS Associates or members of the Alumni Network is strictly prohibited. 
  5. ZS Associates reserves the right to restrict any individual from participating in, or accessing, the Alumni Network. 
  6. The Alumni Network may be viewed anywhere in the world, including countries that may not have laws of general applicability regulating the use and transfer of such data. By using the Alumni Network and submitting such information to it, you voluntarily consent to such trans-border transfer and hosting of such information.

Additionally, ZS Associates hereby provides notice that: 

  • unless otherwise indicated, the Alumni Network and its contents are the property of ZS Associates and are protected pursuant to U.S. and foreign copyright and trademark laws; 
  • ZS Associates reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without notice; 
  • ZS Associates reserves the right to remove any postings or links that are inserted into the Alumni Network; 
  • ZS Associates does not regularly review materials on other websites linked to the Alumni Network and does not necessarily endorse the materials appearing on any such linked websites; 
  • access to the Alumni Network will be revoked for individuals found to be misusing the Alumni Network and/or its contents; 
  • ZS Associates reserves the right to restrict any individual from participating in, or accessing, the Alumni Network; and 
  • the material on the Alumni Network is provided "as is" and is without warranty of any kind; ZS Associates disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the Alumni Network and the material within it; ZS Associates also makes no representations or warranties as to whether the information accessible on the Alumni Network is accurate, complete or current.

References in this website and Usage Agreement, to "ZS Associates", "ZS", "we", "us", and "our" are references to ZS Associates, Inc. and its direct or indirect affiliates.
