Paul Kraus is a Principal at ZS Associates in Princeton, N.J., and leads ZS’s Customer Segmentation and Value Proposition practice areas. For more than 10 years, Paul has leveraged his expertise in marketing strategy to develop insights for pharmaceutical clients across a wide range of therapy areas, including diabetes, cardiovascular, pain management, psychiatric, virology and women's healthcare. His experience covers a broad set of market research methodologies, spanning customer segmentation, demand estimation, performance tracking, treatment process analysis and qualitative research. Prior to joining ZS, Paul taught business school classes and performed academic research. He holds a B.A. in economics from Yale University as well as a master’s degree and Ph.D. in marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
