Ramkumar Moorthy is the Office Managing Principal of ZS Associates’ office in Pune, India. He has over 15 years of experience in addressing strategic sales and marketing issues in the pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and medical supplies industries. During his tenure at ZS, Ram has worked with a variety of clients, helping them optimize their approach to market with a focus on sales force and operations issues. His areas of expertise include sales force design and structural reorganization, performance improvement and tracking, incentive compensation, and management of cost-effective outsourced engagements using a mix of local and offshore resources. Ram holds an M.B.A from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago and a Ph.D. in Immunology from Tufts University.
