Personalize.AI, ZS’s SaaS solution for personalized customer engagement, earns US patent




Evanston, Ill. — March 4, 2024 — ZS, a global management consulting and technology firm, announced today that the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has issued a patent (patent no. 11,803,871 B2) for the firm’s Personalize.AI solution. Personalize.AI, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering that uses AI to analyze customer data and deliver personalized recommendations, is the first technology fully built by ZS to receive a U.S. patent.

In past years, when building traditional marketing programs, experts would analyze customer behavior to develop predictions and recommendations for reaching consumers­­. In its patent application, ZS noted this approach can be prone to the subjectivity of its practitioners. Personalize.AI instead offers experts an AI personalization solution to analyze data and deliver recommendations, ultimately leading to better decision-making.

[ZS] is also quick to adopt emerging techniques and is leveraging generative AI to deliver personalized emails.”
